Read Chapter 2, "Control Testing" and test again. If
you still have problems, contact the ACCU‑CHEK
Customer Care Service Center at 1‑800‑858‑8072.
If you chose the wrong control solution level, you can
still compare the control result to the range printed on
the test strip container.
If they don't match, insert the correct code key in the
meter and test again.
Repeat the control test with a new test strip. If you
still have problems, contact the ACCU‑CHEK Customer
Care Service Center at 1‑800‑858‑8072.
