Conversion kit Sorting Station
Dismounting the third slide and mounting the guide rail and sensors
1: Fiber-optic cable, receiver; 2: Guard rail; 3: Fiber-optic unit, transmitter; 4: Fiber-optic unit; 5: Mounting bracket; 6: Mirror
1. Dismantle the third slide.
2. Mount the guide rails as shown on the image.
3. Dismount the reflective photosensor on the slide. Disconnect the electrical cable from the
Mini I/O terminal.
4. Mount the light barrier and the mirror on the guide rails, making sure that the light is emitted from the
slide side.
5. The mirror (6) must be adjusted (45°) so that a signal reaches the receiver.
6. Wire the sensor according to the circuit diagram on page 4.

Warning
Before mounting or dismounting: switch off the power supply and the compressed
air supply.
– Switch off both working and control energy
before working on the circuit.
