Loosen the clamping bolt.
•
Turn the eccentric plate anti-clockwise with a
screwdriver or a torx driver. This tightens the drive belt
by pushing the bar forwards.
•
Tighten the nuts.
•
Screw the bolt tight. Hold still the eccentric plate so
that it doesn't move along when you tighten the
screws.
NOTICE! A new drive belt shall be tightened once after
30-60 minutes operation.
Replacing the drive belt
•
Release the belt tension.
•
Remove the blades.

MAINTENANCE
•
Remove the belt cover by loosening the nuts, the
clamping bolt and the eccentric cam.
•
Loosen water hose.
•
Loosen the drive gear. Use a spanner as a
counterhold. (The combination spanner or bearing
tool can be used as a counterhold.)
•
Remove the cutting arm by pulling it straight out from
the machine.
