9.2 De-dust and clean collection receptacle

Carry out each step in accordance with the figures below:

1 Unscrew the device cover (1) using the bayonet closure (2). Remove pressure flange (5) and collection
receptacle (4).
2 Empty collection receptacle (4).
3 Clean injection nozzle if necessary: 9.3 Clean the injection nozzle on page EN-16
NOTICE
• Ensure that the sealing surfaces between the device cover (1) and the pressure flange (5) are clean
 Replace the rubber seal if necessary. 9.4 Replace rubber seal on page EN-17
Material damage
Using the incorrect release agent can damage the TSi injection unit.
• Only operate the TSi injection unit with original ABICOR BINZEL release agent.
• Only operate the TSi injection unit with original collection receptacle.
4 Remount all parts in the reverse order.
