The cabinet data is contained in the board book in the cabinet.
3. Intended purpose
Models Fxx.xxx.xxx, VBF.xxx.xxx(+)
are intended for storing flammable liquids n working areas in accordance with applicable national regulations.
Models TRG.205.xxx, G90.xxx.xxx
are intended for the provision and emptying of pressurised gas cylinders in buildings in accordance with applicable na-
tional regulations.
4. General safety information / warranty
• Please observe the laws and regulations applicable to the handling of hazardous materials and the information in the-
se operating instructions.
• Only use the cabinets and accessories if they are in a proper condition.
• Only use the cabinet after instruction; access should be denied to unauthorised persons.
• The area of radius of the doors should always be kept free.
• The doors/drawers should be kept closed.
• Please observe the maximum limits to quantities stored, loading, etc.
• The sump of safety cabinets which comply with EN 14470 part 1 must have a minimum collecting volume of 10% of
all packs stored in the cabinet, or at least 110% of the volume of the largest individual pack, depending on which vo-
lume is largest.
• Packs with a volume larger than the volume of the sump should not be placed in the cabinet.
• Any leaking hazardous materials should be mopped up and removed immediately.
• Containers with aggressive chemicals (acids and alkalis) must be stored in special acid or alkali cabinets, or in acid or
alkali compartments.
• Before storing check the resistance of the cabinet surface to the chemical.
• The storage of corrosive fluids or gases may have an effect on the function of the shut-off devices for the ventilation
air.
• Conditions of installation may require the cabinet to be bolted to the building.
• Follow the instructions of the Technical Supervisory Service.
• Ensure that the requisite safety checks are made by authorised skilled staff only.
• Incorrect function, damage, corrosive damage arising for incorrect transport and installation due to the great weight
and the bulkiness of the cabinets can be avoided by trained and authorised staff.
• The cabinet must be given a safety check before use.
• Warranty for this product is agreed between you (the customer) and your specialised dealer (the vendor). Inde-
pendent of this, the manufacturer assumes a warranty of 24 months starting from date of purchase for the pro-
ducts listed in the Operating Instructions. As safety equipment, all models are subject to an annual obligatory
inspection by skilled personnel authorised by the manufacturer. If the inspection is not performed on an annu-
al basis or not by skilled personnel authorised by the manufacturer, the warranty claim of the customer shall
be forfeited vis-à-vis the manufacturer.
