FOR USE
When cooking purees, the pressure cooker must be
moved before opening the lid to avoid the possible
remaining air bubbles still inside from splashing.
Before opening the pressure cooker, eliminate the
pressure completely.
2.4 Cleaning
After each use, clean the cooker with a non-abrasive
detergent.
2.5 Cleaning of the pressure control valve
We recommend that you carefully clean this valve to
avoid possible incrustation and accumulation of chalk
or grease that could block its functioning.
To clean the valve, extract the upper part of the same
(it can be removed easily by pulling), clean both parts
and before replacing the valve, check with a pin or
similar that the centre hole of the valve on the lid is not
obstructed.
