3. OTHER ADVICE ON MAINTENANCE
You are using a rapid and safe pressure cooker. Neverthe
less, take into account that all pressure cookers are
objects of technical use and the pieces are subject to
natural wear and tear. Therefore, they must be properly
cared for and the following advice be kept in mind:
3.1 If vapour escapes through the rubber gasket
This means that the join is dirty, deteriorated or badly
fitted. Accordingly, it must be cleaned, changed or
correctly fitted.
If too much vapour were to escape through the valve
during cooking or it escapes vigorously, turn down the
heat. If it continues to escape, check that there is not
too much liquid in the inside of the pressure cooker.
3.2
Check the safety valve is functioning correctly by
pressing the small central plunger from inside the lid;
you should note that the interior spring moves. If it is not
so, clean it carefully. If it continues to function badly,
change it before using the pressure cooker again.
3.3 Apertura de la olla, finalizada la cocción
When substituting any pieces, make certain the spare part
is original; to the contrary, the manufacturer will not be
responsible for the correcting functioning of the pressure
cooker or the guarantee.

This document will be interpreted in accordance with t
laws of Spain, with Spanish Courts being competent fo
settling any possible difference.
