EXERCISE PHASE
This is the stage where you will be physically exerting yourself. After regular use, your
leg muscles will become more flexible. It is very important to keep a steady pace.
Your pace should be enough to increase your heart rate to your Target Zone, which
you can find with the following chart:

12 levels of resistance for comprehensive
training and optimized effort. This will allow
you to increase your calorie consumption and
improve your cardiovascular system, as well
as maximize your power, strength, muscle
mass, and physical resistance.
