For "free" calculation of tariffs, you can di-
rectly select the individual settings for the mail
categories, destination, additional services,
etc., as follows:
• Mail type:
"MAIL TYPE" button
• Destination:
"DEST." button
• Format:
"FORMAT" button
• Additional services: "ADD SERVICES"
button
• Weight entry:
"WEIGHT" button
To set the parameters selected, use the same
procedure as for the menu guided determination.
A completed setting procedure is displayed on
the associated button (e.g. the "DEST." but-
ton is replaced by "EUROPE"). If you press
this button again, you can change the desti-
nation.
Set additional services are displayed in the lar-
ge main field. You can also change settings
here. If no setting has been selected, "No Ad-
ditional Services" is displayed.
Important: If you select another type of
mailing, all other settings revert to the basic
setting (inland / smallest format / no additio-
nal services / lowest weight category). Any
print clichés set are cancelled. If you select
another destination, the setting for the mail
type remains unchanged, but the other set-
tings are reset. Changes in format, additional
services and weight do not change previously
made settings for mail type and destination.
