CONTROL BOARD FEATURES
The VIVO-D103 / ADB30 control board is designed to
form part of an automated door and gate system,
operated by way of ERREKA direct current motor,
without encoder and with limit switches, IZAR model.
The opening and closing operations are controlled by
limit switches.
This control board has a torque limitation system to
adjust the impact forces to the required values.
General features
• Power supply 230Vac, 50Hz
• Control of open/close by way of limit switches. Not
suitable for motors with encoder shutdown
• Independent torque adjustment for opening and
closing
• Adjustable standby time in automatic cycle
• Connection for emergency stop pushbutton (STOP)
Notable features
STOP pushbutton (emergency stop)
This control board allows an em ergency stop
pushbutton to be installed (STOP). This pushbutton is of
NC type (normally closed). Opening this contact
produces the immediate shutdown of the door.
Contact for garage light timer
The control board has a voltage-free contact (relay)
which closes at the start of the opening operation for
approximately three seconds. This contact is suitable to
trigger a timer for, for example, garage or staircase
lights.
Flashing light
(fixed output at 230Vac)
The light remains on during the opening and closing
operations.
The light goes off when the operation finishes. The light
goes off whenever operation is interrupted at an
intermediate point.
Traffic light
A traffic light can be connected if the AEPS1 card is
installed. Colour lights show whether the door may be
crossed or not.
• Off: door closed
• Green light: door open, free passage.
• Red light: door in movement, passage forbidden.
• Flashing green light: open door about to close in
automatic mode.

Installation Manual
This control board is equipped with a slowdown system
which reduces speed at the start and end of the
opening and closing operations, in order to prevent
impacts and bangs to the door.
If the ERREKA IZAR operator is not used, the torque
limiter might not work properly, for which reason it is
necessary to install additional safety items (photocells or
strips) in order to comply with the requirements of
Standard EN 12453, or select "Dead-Man" mode.
• Connector for plug-in receiver. It is possible to use a
two channel Roller receiver, such as the IRRE2-250.
The first channel acts on ST1 and the second on ST2.
• Connector for traffic light card (AEPS1)
• Soft startup and slowdown system
• 24Vac output for peripheral connection
• Rechargeable emergency battery input (12V)
Photocell shade function
This function allows the photocell to be invalidated in
the last part of the closing run.
This function is activated when selecting automatic
m o d e ( D I P 1 = O N ) . T h e i n v a l i d a t i o n z o n e i s
automatically programmed when programming the
run: when programming closing, the control board
detects the position at which the leaf activates the
photocell and takes it as the reference point:
invalidation will begin one moment after the point
detected during programming, and will finish at the
end of the closing run.
In semi-automatic mode, the photocell shadow
function is enabled but only works if the opening
operation is completed.
Soft start-up and stop
Function which reduces the speed of the motor at the
start and end of the opening and closing operations.
The soft-stop distance is programmed during the
programming of the open/close.
Behaviour when connecting the power
supply
With the control board programmed, if the power
supply is interrupted and no battery is connected, the
control board will carry out the opening operation
when the power supply is restored and a key device is
operated.
It is not necessary to programme the open/close and
soft-stop again for the event of power supply
failure.
