10.4 How to switch on the Eco-sensor heater:
Once the heater has been switched, you will probably ask how to switch it on
again.
1º
Press any key and the heater display screen will come on.
2º
In order to switch the heater on, you must access the functions menu
which, as always, is achieved by pressing the "OK" key for at least two
seconds.
3º
Use the
keys to position the function selector cursor
desired operating mode, for example, comfort mode.
4º
Press the "OK" key to accept this.
All the parameters that you programmed before switching the heater off
(comfort and economic temperatures etc.) will be displayed in exactly the
same way.
10.5 CLOCK mode:
IMPORTANT NOTE:
In a situation in which the heater has been unplugged from the mains wall
socket or a mains power failure has occurred for more than approximately
24 hours, the time and day of the week must be programmed again (SEE
SECTION "SWITCHING ON FOR THE FIRST TIME" on page 39).
If the clock is not correctly set:
1º
Access the function menus by pressing the "OK" key for at least two
seconds. All the heater's functions will be displayed in the upper section of
the screen.
2º
Use the
keys to position the function selector cursor
"clock" symbol (Note 4).
3º
Press the "OK" key to confirm the operation.
4º
The numbers indicating the minutes will be flashing. Use the "+ / -" keys to
adjust the minutes then press the "OK" key.
5º
The hours will now be flashing. Use the "+ / -" keys to adjust the hours then
press the "OK" key.
6º
Finally, the day of the week selector will be flashing. Use the "+ / -" keys to
set the day of the week then press the "OK" key.
Once all the information has been entered, the heater will return to its previous
operating mode.
10.6 Antifreeze operating mode:
This operating mode is suitable under certain circumstances:
- Long absences: prevents the house piping from freezing.
- For holiday periods (SEE SECTION "HOLIDAY OPERATING MODE" page
42).
To access this mode:
1º
Access the functions menu by pressing the "OK" key for at least two
seconds.
All the heater's functions will be displayed in the upper section of the screen.
2º
Use the
"antifreeze" symbol (Note 5).

The screen will display the following information:

Press "OK" to accept this.
5º
We are now going to modify the programmed anti-icing temperature from
5 ºC to 8 ºC. (The maximum antifreeze temperature is 10 ºC).
6º
Use the "+" key to raise the temperature to 8 ºC.
7º
Press "OK" to accept this value.
Automatically within a few seconds, the current
room temperature will be displayed (20 ºC) and if
this is lower than 8 ºC the heater will commence
operation.

You have now modified the antifreeze temperature from 5 ºC to 8 ºC. In
this example, the heater will operate when the room temperature falls below
8 ºC.
Important note: the antifreeze temperature that you program will be used
as reference in the case of employing the "Holiday" operating mode.
WHENEVER YOU WISH TO DISPLAY THE PROGRAMMED ANTIFREEZE
TEMPERATURE SIMPLY PRESS THE "OK" KEY.
