IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS:
When using electrical appliances especially when children are present, basic safety precautions
should always be followed, including the following:
1. Read all instructions before using.
2. To protect against electrical shock, do not submerge the mixer or allow AC cord to come in
contact with water or other liquids.
3. Unplug from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning.
4. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions,
or has been dropped or damaged in any matter. Return appliance to the nearest authorized
service facility for examination, repair or electrical or mechanical adjustment.
5. Do not misuse the product. It may cause injury if misuse.
6. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter or touch hot surfaces, including the stove.
7. Always unplug the appliance before assembling, disassembling, cleaning.
8. Blades are sharp. Handle carefully.
9. Before plugging into a socket, check whether your voltage corresponds to the rating label of the
appliance.
10. Don't plug the appliance into the power supply until it is fully assembled and always unplug
before disassembling the appliance or handle the blade.
11. Don't let the motor unit, cord, or plug get wet.
12. Don't place the appliance in the hot ingredients.
13. The appliance is constructed to process normal household quantities.
14. Short-time operating. Use the appliance with blender stick (E) only less than 1 minute. It must
fully cool down the unit before next use.
15. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or
similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
16. It shall warn of potential injury from misuse.
17. Switch off the appliance and disconnected from supply before changing accessories or
approaching parts which move in use.
18. Appliance can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities
or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.
19. Children shall not play with the appliance.
20. This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of
children.
21. Keep hands and utensils out of the container while blending / away from the cutting blade
while chopping food to prevent the possibility of severe injury to persons or damage to the
unit. A scraper may be used but must be used only when the unit is not running.
22. Be careful if hot liquid is poured into the food blender as it can be ejected out of the appliance
due to a sudden steaming.
23. This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:
– staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;
– farm houses;
– by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;
– bed and breakfast type environments.
24. Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended and before
