DRUM SANDING BITS
To attach the drum sanding bit:
Disconnect the air hose.
1. Remove any accessory that is in the
tool.
2. Insert drum sanding bit fully into the
collet.
3. Tighten collet nut.
4. The depth guide may or may not be
used depending on your application.
5. Slide drum sanding paper onto drum
sanding bit.
6. Using a 12 mm wrench, tighten drum
nut firmly by turning it in a
counterclockwise direction.

7. Check that all parts are tight and
safety equipment is in place before
turning on the tool.
8. Attach the air hose and begin
sanding.
NOTE: Do not try to use accessories
with 1/32", 1/16", or 3/32" diameter
shanks. Some 1/8"and/or 1/4" shank
high-speed router bits have large
cutting edges and should not be used
in this tool.

tool. These accessories are designed to
work on tools with a low RPM setting.
ROUTER BASE
Disconnect the air hose.
To attach the router base:
1. Remove the wingnut and washers
from the attachment set screw.
2. Insert the attachment set screw into
the router base guide slot.
3. Place flat washer on attachment set
screw, followed by lock washer and

then wingnut. Firmly finger tighten
wingnut.

To adjust the router base:
1. Loosen the wingnut by turning
counterclockwise.
2. Slide router base up or down to the
desired depth of your cut.
3. Turn wingnut clockwise to tighten.
4. Install desired accessory bit (and
collet, if necessary).
When using router to bevel edges,

work in a left-to-right direction. Do not
try to remove a lot of material on the
first pass. Several passes are
recommended to prevent jumping or
binding.
TEMPLATE GUIDES
To attach template guide:
1. With the supplied Allen wrench,
remove the three (3) flathead screws
in the plastic bottom of the router
base.
2. Remove the plastic bottom and insert
the desired template guide, cylinder
down.
3. Replace the plastic bottom, insert
screws and tighten with Allen
wrench.

When using template guides, work in a
left-to-right direction, ending your cuts
in a counterclockwise rotation. Use a
slow, steady, constant motion.
