OPERATION
USING THE 12 V ADAPTOR
See Figures 2 - 3, page 10.
The inflator may be connected to a 12 volt power source,
such as a cigarette lighter receptacle or automotive power
port.
Refer to the operator's manual for the vehicle or contact
the vehicle manufacturer for the proper power receptacle.
 If installed, remove the battery pack.
 Insert the 12 V adaptor pins into the base of the inflator.
NOTE: The pins will only connect one way. Make sure
that the pins are properly connected before attaching the
adaptor to a power source.
 Hold the 12 volt adaptor firmly and place connector into
a cigarette lighter receptacle or power port.
NOTICE:
If the 12 V adaptor does not fit firmly into the
cigarette lighter receptacle or power port, the
receptacle may not be suitable for use with the
inflator. A poor connection at the base of the 12 V
adaptor could lead to electrical problems in the
vehicle outside of the protections offered by the
vehicle or inflator's fuse.
NOTE: Powering the unit using a vehicle's 12 V receptacle
when the engine is not running will drain the vehicle's battery.
AIR HOSE AND ACCESSORY STORAGE
See Figure 4, page 10.
When the inflator is not in use, press the hose into the storage
areas on the bottom and either side of the tool.
When not in use, adaptors and needles provided with the
inflator can be placed in the storage area on top of the tool.
DIGITAL GAUGE
See Figure 5, page 10.
The digital gauge is multifunctional, serving as a pressure
gauge and monitoring the amount of pressure being applied
to the item being inflated. Pressure is indicated by PSI.
Digital gauge accuracy is ±1 psi from 0-50 psi, ±2 psi from
51-100 psi, and ±3 psi from 101-150 psi.
To turn the digital gauge on, install a battery pack or connect
the inflator to a 12 V power source and squeeze the switch
trigger.
NOTE: The digital gauge will automatically shut off when
not in use for 60 seconds.
INFLATING WITH THE HIGH PRESSURE
HOSE
See Figures 5 - 8, pages 10 - 11.
The air chuck on the high pressure hose can be used without
adaptors to inflate tires or with any application that has a
valve stem that fits the air chuck opening.
 Install the battery pack or connect the inflator to a 12 V
power source.
 Place the air chuck on the valve stem.
 Push the air chuck down so that the threaded section of
the valve stem is inside the air chuck.
 Slide the sleeve down to lock the air chuck in place.
WARNING:
Improperly attached hoses or accessories can
become detached under pressure and cause
serious injury. Possible air leaks can cause faulty
pressure readings. Make sure all connections are
tightly secured.
 Squeeze and release the switch trigger and a readout will
appear on the gauge.
NOTE: The pressure readout on the gauge while inflating
is a measurement of the fluctuating pressure between the
item and the air hose. To get an accurate reading, release
the switch trigger and wait for the readout to adjust.
 Rotate the digital gauge dial counterclockwise or squeeze
and hold the switch trigger for 2 - 3 seconds to select
"MANUAL" mode.
 Squeeze and hold the switch trigger to begin inflation.
 The gauge will indicate the pressure in PSI. When the
desired pressure is reached, release the switch trigger
and disconnect the inflator.
NOTE: Maximum PSI for this unit is 150 PSI.
PRESET PRESSURE
See Figure 8, page 11.
When the preset pressure feature is used, the inflator will
automatically stop inflating once a predetermined pressure
has been reached. To use the preset pressure feature:
 Install the battery pack or connect the inflator to a 12 V
power source.
 Connect the air chuck to the valve stem.
