DT.4623 Camshaft Sprocket Holding Tool – K4J/K4M
DT.4623 is used to counter-hold the camshaft sprockets whilst releasing and tightening the sprocket bolts.
Camshaft sprocket must be 'free to turn' on camshaft during belt installation/initial tensioning.
Tensioner Adjustment Tools
DT.4360T3, DT.4361, and DT.4364
Belt tensioning procedures are critical and the manufacturer's procedure MUST be followed
DT4360T3 Adjuster is screwed into the threaded hole in the
rear upper timing cover to apply tension
to the belt. F1/2/3 petrol and F7P/F7R twin cams
– Refer to Application Charts for models
DT.4361 Adjuster turns the belt tensioner to apply correct tension.
This specialised wrench locates into two holes on the tensioner.
For D7F, E5/E7, J7, K4M – Refer to Application Charts for models
DT.4364 Tensioning Tool is used in conjunction with torque wrench to apply pre-tension
to the timing belt on D7F 1.2 petrol engines. – Refer to Application Charts for models
