• Connect the discharge tube supplied with the pump to the outlet port.
• Place the tank (containing the pump) back in to the unit and position the power cord
and discharge tube trough the continuous drain hole in the tank.
• Lead the hose to a drain; plug both the dehumidifier and pump and turn on the
dehumidifier (according to the user manual) the pump is ready for operation and
does not need to be turned on.
• The pump does not fit the tank of all
models dehumidifiers but can also be
placed next to the unit.
• Make sure that all tubes are not bent and
are completely open.
• Under extreme cold circumstances it is
possible that moist condensates in the
appliance. Depending on the design of
the dehumidifier this moist may end up
in the reservoir which will be filled very
slowly. Therefore it is advised to check the
dehumidifier on a daily base to assure it is
working properly and the tank is not filled.
• The inlet port filter needs to be cleaned at
least every 2 months.
