WEIGHT LOSS WORKOUTS
CARDIO BURN: Promotes weight loss by increasing
and decreasing the speed and incline, while keeping
you in your fat burning zone. Speed and Incline
changes, segments repeat every 30 seconds.
MUSCLE TONER: Tones muscles by adjusting
