Push the front panel up and pull it back simultaneously.
The eyes (page 35, fi g. 9, arrow), top right and left on the front panel are released from the respective hook by this move-
ment of the front panel (page 35, fi g. 10, arrow).

A cable feeds into the TV set from the operating eye on the front panel.
Observe the rules for handling MOS components.
Pull the plug of this cable from the pcb operating eye on the front panel as shown on page 34, fi g. 8, arrow.
Put the front panel (glass panel) to one side.

The upper screws of the rear panel (arrow A) are located under a small cover.
The small cover is opened by lifting upwards.

Seventeen screws must be removed to take off the rear panel.
11 screws of size T20 on the rear panel of the TV set page 45, fi g. 26.

6 screws of size T20, concealed by the front screen (page 37, fi g. 12a.

Procedure:
- Press front screen forward about 20mm at the bottom, page 34, fi g. 7.
- Unhook the front screen at the top, fi g. 11a.
- Observe the rules for handling MOS components, remove plug (fi g. 8 , arrow).
- Put the screen down in a safe place, remove screws (page 37, fi g. 12a, arrows).
The rear panel can be moved carefully rearwards once the screws have been removed.
(Proceed in reverse order to insert the rear panel.)
3. Installation of the module
