D. WHEELCHAIR DIMENSIONS
1. The JAY™Fit is designed to replace the wheelchair's
sling upholstery. Prior to installation determine if the
wheelchair has compatible push handles, by measuring
the width between your push handles as seen in Fig.8.0.
2. Next check that the push handles are a compatible
diameter. The JAY™Fit hardware can be mounted on
wheelchair push handles ranging from 19.0 mm, (3/4")
to 32.0 mm, (1-1/8"). Measure your back cane diameter
(Fig.7.0) and refer to Fig.9.0 to ensure your push handles
are compatible.
3. If you cannot determine that the push handles are
compatible please contact your authorised Sunrise
Medical provider or Sunrise Medical customer service.
