The cause of the time-out has to be removed. In
most cases the measurement has to be restarted,
since this error message is almost always caused
by a fatal error, such as viscometer empty,
connected incorrectly or not at all etc.

In this case the safety bottle has to be discharged
and cleaned, the cause of the overfilling has to be
dicovered and has to be removed.
