Reels without hose: 100 weight-%
Mounting instruction
See pictures page 2. The maximum mounting height
is depending of the hose length and weight. NB! The
maximum allowed uncoiled free hanging hose weight
including nozzle is 30 kg. Choose such mounting
height so that the hose in uncoiled position can be
connected to the vehicle's exhaust pipe without being
stretched.
1. Make sure that the surface, on which to mount
the reel, is level. Drill 4 holes, using the hole template
which comes in the package.
2. Fit the mounting brackets in such a way that will
make the reel hanging horizontally. Ensure that suitable
fixing bolts are used considering the ceiling
or wall construction material. The bolts must each
stand a tractive force of minimum 6500 N.
3. Use approved lifting equipment to lift the reel. Fasten
the reel in the brackets.

EXHAUST HOSE REEL
Mounting the hose
See pictures page 3. When the reel has been mounted
and connected to the power suppy, the hose should be
fitted (concer-ning reels delivered without hose only).
It should be noted that the reel can not be rotated by
hand.
1. Fasten the hose with a hose clip on the connecting
piece inside the drum.
2. Aim the hand control towards the indicator (remote
controled reel only). Press the UP-button on the hand
control. The indicator shows fixed red light. Release the
button at required hose position.
3. Fit the nozzle.
4. When needed adjust the limit positions for coiled
and uncoiled hose (see page 9).
Connection duct
See picture page 3. The connection hose supplied with
the reel, should be used for connecting the reel
to duct systems and a central fan. NB! The duct
must be fitted with hose clips. Do not drill or fit
with screws.
Fan positioning
A suitable fan can be selected from the Nederman
fan range. To avoide leakage in the ducting system
the fan should be positioned outdoors or as near the
duct outlet in the room as possible.
Electrical installation
See wiring diagram page 4.
All electrical work must be done by a qualified
electrician according to local regulations.
Connect the reel to the power supply by joining the
incoming cable to the connection block in the reel's
receiver.
After installation check that the functions for
uncoiling and coiling the hose correspond to
the press button arrows on the hand control.
If not, reconnect the cable from the hand control
correctly on the connection block.
Cable recommendation for the hand control:
