STACKED WASHER/DRYER SAFETY
n Keep area around the exhaust opening
and adjacent surrounding areas free from
the accumulation of lint, dust, and dirt.
n Ventilation openings in the base shall not
be obstructed by a carpet or similar object.
n The fresh air ventilation openings into the
room and into the dryer must not be blocked
or sealed.
n Emergency stop control: After installation,
access to mains plug or disconnection from
mains supply via a double-pole switch must
be ensured at all times in order to ensure
immediate deactivation of the dryer in case
of emergency.
n The interior of the dryer and dryer exhaust
vent should be cleaned periodically by
qualified service personnel.
