- Fix it.
- Restart the equipment.
- Make sure that the repairs were successfully completed.
- Turn off the equipment.
If there were none:
- Stop the equipment.
7. Re-start the equipment (program performance test):
- Turn on the electronic motor protection breaker.
- Check the rotation direction of the pump.
- Turn the equipment the selector ON the electric panel.
- Make sure that the equipment starts up with flushing time.

- Make sure that the pump starts correctly and works with the necessary pressure for
the washing of the membranes.
- Make sure that the equipment enters working mode (restarting the pump for proper
pressure)
- Measure the conductivity of the reject water to adjust the time of the flushing cycle
according to the values obtained, so that the time must be increased if the
conductivity remains high according to the conversion of the system.
8. Make sure that the equipment has a work time of 4 hours (it is the time between
washings in the program)
9. Adjust flow-meters
10. Make the equipment work for 30 minutes at the proper values
11. Check if each LED is turned on.
12. Check for new leaks. If any, proceed as indicated above
13. Close the valve that supplies water to the equipment and check that the equipment
stops (so that the pump does not work in a vacuum with pressure drop)
If the equipment stops:
- Turn on the valve once more and check that the equipment starts again
If the equipment does not stop:
