FAILURE
Valves do not open
Tank overflows
Low permeate production
Control panel does not get
power supply
Low conversion of the
equipment
High pressure in membranes
The thermal protection engine
of the pump goes off
POSSIBLE CAUSE
1. There is no power
supply.
2. The valve coil has
burned out.
3. Valve body failure.
4. Relay failure.
5. Disconnected wires.
1. Tank buoy failure.
2. Inlet solenoid valve
failure.
1. Saturated membranes.
2. Rejection water valve
failure.
3. Low feed flow.
4. High pressure pump
failure.
5. Outflow in pipes.
6. Blocked pipes
1. There is no electricity.
2. The wire is
disconnected.
3. Main power switch is
off.
4. PLC is off.
5. Bad connection in the
jumpers of the phase /
neutral terminals
1. Misaligned flows.
2. Low temperature.
3. Low membrane
pressure.
4. Blocked membranes.
1. Blocked membranes.
1. Poor amperage
regulation.
2. High temperature.

SOLUTION
1. Check power supply.
2. Change coil.
3. Change solenoid valve.
4. Change relay.
5. Check wires.
1. Change buoy.
2. Check inlet solenoid
valve
1. Chemical cleaning or
membrane
replacement.
2. Valve settings
depending on
temperature, permeate
flow and pressure.
3. Check inlet flow.
4. Check high pressure
pump.
5. Repair pipes.
6. Repair pipes.
1. Check power supply.
2. Check wires.
3. Turn on main switch.
4. Make sure that the PLC
is on.
5. check phase / neutral
terminal bridges
1. Set
rejection/recirculation.
2. Reset operating point.
3. Set high pressure pump
inlet valve.
4. Clean or change
mebranes.
1. Clean or change
membranes.
1. Adjust the engine
thermal fuse.
2. Check cables and
power supply.
