ensure that the equipment is used safely. Retain these instructions for future reference.

Close supervision is necessary when this projector is used by or near children. Do not leave projector unattended while in use.

The use of an accessory attachment not recommended by the manufacturer may cause a risk of fire, electric shock or injury to
persons.

To reduce the risk associated with hazardous voltage and/or fire, which if not avoided could result in death or serious injury
and/or property damage:

Always switch power off and unplug projector from electrical outlet before cleaning and servicing and when not in use. Never yank
cord to pull plug from outlet. Grasp plug and pull to disconnect.

Do not operate projector with a damaged cord or if the appliance has been dropped or damaged – until it has been examined by a
qualified service technician.

Service/repair or maintenance, except as described in this "Operator's Guide", must only be performed by qualified service personnel.
Do not disassemble this appliance yourself; incorrect reassembly can cause electric shock when the projector is used subsequently.

If an extension cord is necessary, a cord with a current rating at least equal to that of the projector should be used. Cords rated for
less amperage than the projector may overheat.

Connect this projector to a grounded outlet.

Do not immerse this projector in water or other liquids.

Replace failed fuse only with the same type and rating as specified on fuse label.

Never store the power cord or any other articles inside the projector's enclosure.

Disconnect this projector from its source of supply before replacing the projection lamp or performing any other service.

Position the projector's cord so that it will not be tripped over, pulled, or contact hot surfaces. The socket outlet must be installed near
the equipment, and easily accessible.

Do not expose this projector to direct sunlight; also do not use outdoors or in other wet environments.

Always operate projector on a flat, sturdy surface.

To reduce the risk associated with hot surfaces produced by the projection lamp, which if not avoided may result in minor or
moderate injury:
-
Never touch the projection lamp or surrounding surfaces while the lamp is still hot.

Switch unit off "0", remove the power cord from the electrical outlet, and allow the unit to cool completely before replacing the lamp.

Let projector cool completely before putting away. Loop cord loosely around appliance when storing.

To reduce the risk associated with pinching and/or piercing, which if not avoided may result in minor or moderate injury:

Use care when opening or closing glass platten (top cover) to ensure it does not fall uncontrollably.
-
Keep hands away from the interlock actuator located on the top cover when closing.

To reduce the risk associated with sharp glass fragments, which if not avoided may result in minor or moderate injury:

Use care when removing lamp glass that has failed and shattered into sharp pieces.

Use care when removing glass from a broken projection lens.

To reduce the risk associated with muscular strain, which if not avoided may result in minor or moderate injury:

Weight of projector is approximately 30 Lbs (13.6 Kg); utilize the built-in handles and proper lifting technique when lifting this
projector. Never lift projector by its foldable arm.
§
To reduce the risk associated with high temperatures and/or related fire, which if not avoided may result in minor or moderate
injury:

Replace failed lamp only with type specified on lamp label.
