STANDARD ring-tone
In those cases when the telephone does not transmit its ring-tone via Bluetooth, Meta Voi-
ce, it signals an incoming call with the STANDARD ring-tone, which can be selected from
among the three tunes of the hands-free unit or disabled.
It is also possible to set the volume of the ring-tone between "02" and "12". To select the
tune and volume of the standard ring-tone, simply couple and connect a telephone to
the Hands-free Bluetooth (refer to the chapters "Sign up" and "Connection"), compose a
sequence of numbers on the keypad of the device and make the call. The confi gurations
are described in the table below:

In response to the entry of each type of parameter, Meta Voice emits tones to confi rm, or
not, correct execution of the command:
• A SHORT TONE confi rms confi guration.
• A LONG TONE means the parameter has not been sent correctly.
• A DOUBLE TONE confi rms the parameter sent is already present.
Audio Streaming (A2DP)
With the product controlled via the radio controls on the steering wheel spoke, it is pos-
sible to reproduce the audio fi les contained the connected device. The controls are Play,
Stop, Rewind, Forward. Refer to the summary table.
In the product with TouchPad control, this function is not available.
Some mobile phones are designed to transfer any sound produced by Bluetooth, therefore
we recommend you cancel the keypad tones to avoid activating the car radio "mute" each
time a key is pressed. It is also possible to disable the "A2DP" Bluetooth profi le and prevent
the hands-free system from reproducing these audio "packages". In this case, not even the
audio reproduced by audio and video fi les are transferred. To enable or disable the "A2DP"
Blutooth profi le, simply enter the following on the connected phone:

Always refer to the operating manual for your mobile phone.
N.B. The Audio Streaming controls towards the device are sent via Bluetooth communica-
tion which, depending on the type and status of the connected device, can be controlled
at diff erent speeds. A delay in control management cannot be attributed to poor operation
of the vehicle hands-free system.

*06*03*00* Permits selection of the tune of the standard ring-
*06*03*01* tone, transmitted when the telephone does not
*06*03*02* enable sounding of your own ring-tone on the
*06*03*03* loudspeaker via Bluetooth.
It is possible to set the volume of the standard
*06*04*??* ringtone. Replace "??" with a number between 02
and 12.
