Check that the contents are complete and check
for any possible transport damage before use.
Remove the packaging material.
Packaging material is not a children's toy;
there is a risk of suffocation if not handled
properly.

5. Instructions for assembly

Both crossbars must be installed before using the multi-
purpose ladder.
1. Prepare the multi-purpose ladder.
First unlock and adjust the ladder parts [A-1] and
[A-2] (see 6.2 Adjustment and locking mechanism).
Now both the crossbars [B] can be removed.
Position the ladder parts [A-1], [A-2] so that it is
possible to install themeasily (lie the ladder down if
necessary).
2. Install the crossbars:
Two wrenches (spanner sizes 13 and 14) are
required.
Insert the crossbars [B] into the ladder part's slot
[A-1]. Firmly screw the crossbar onto the two
ladder side rails.
The multi-purpose ladder must only be used
with the crossbars installed.
