PROBLEM
During power
outage, battery lasts
too little.
UPS functioning in

without a power
outage
POSSIBLE CAUSE
UPS Overload
Battery voltage is
too low
Battery life is depleted
Power cord is not
correctly connected
or it's broken.
ACTION
Disconnect some devices and verify
the connected devices load do
not exceed the UPS capacity.
Charge the UPS for 8 hours
without any devices connected.
Replace battery.
Contact Technical Support.
Make sure the power cord is correctly
connected to the power source,
if this is not the problem,
contact Technical Support.
