Problem
The buzzer emits
a constant ticking
sound.
A red, green or or-
ange indicator lamp
flashes on the unit.
The leakage current
circuit breaker trips
repeatedly.
A conductive substance is
covering the sensor, e.g.
water drops, damp paper
towels, etc.
Potential cause
The water is too warm.
Malfunction.
The leakage current is too
high.
> Clean the surface of the seat
sensor.
Solution
> Remove the connection to the
mains supply, open the angle
valve for the water supply and
make sure the water supply
is in order. Then re-establish
the mains connection.
> Remove the connection to the
mains supply and stop using
the unit. Contact your local
authorised customer service
in order to service the unit.
