Fitting the belts (left and right)
- Fit the locking pieces (Fig. B, No. 20) of both belts together and engage in the buckle (Fig. B, No. 23).
- Thread the belt loops into the cover and then feed them into the pelvis belt eyelet (Fig. B, No. 32) of the seat shell.
- Push (Fig. U) the metal element into the belt loop.
- Suspend (Fig. U) the belt loop in the long side of the metal element.
- Push the belt loop out and suspend it (Fig. U) in the short side of the metal element.
- Pull on the belt until the metal element just abuts the recess in the seat shell (Fig. U).
- Thread the tension strap (Fig. B, No. 28) into the cover.
- Secure the elasticated edge of the cover (lower half) to the attachment points on the seat shell (Fig. V).
- Press the plastic insert in the cover into the seat shell recess.
- Pull the shoulder pad (Fig. B, No. 18) on to the shoulder belts (Fig. B, No. 33).
Note
Do not exchange the shoulder pad (Fig. B, No. 18) (pull on left/right as in Figure B).
- Thread the shoulder belts (Fig. B, No. 33) into the headpad slot (Fig. B, No. 19).
- Thread the shoulder belts (Fig. Z, No. 1) on the rear of the seat shell between the belt height adjuster (Fig. Z, No. 2)
and the side bolts.
- Suspend the shoulder belts (Fig. Y, Nos. 1 and 3) on the rear of the seat shell in the union (Fig. Y, No. 2).
- Guide the shoulder pad (Fig. B, No. 18) belt loops (Fig. X, Nos. 1 and 4) through the slot on the rear of the seat shell.
- Press down on the button on the rear of the seat shell (Fig. X, No. 3) and tip the belt height adjuster (Fig. X, No. 2)
forward.
- Push the belt loops (Fig. X, Nos. 1 and 4) on to the belt height adjuster (Fig. X, No. 2).
