* The maximum internal pressure of a full lubricator applied to a fully blocked application.
If this limit is exceeded, the seals in the grip of the unit will release the pressure without
danger to personnel.
** Storage life lasts for 2 years from the production date printed on the side of the
lubricator. The lubricator may be used for the maximum 12 months after 2 years of
storage.
Empty S24 units are for oil only and must be used with a non-return valve.
Note:
This model of SYSTEM 24 should not be used anywhere above the food line, or in such
proximity to the food line, where there may be a concern over potential contamination of
the food process in the event of catastrophic destruction to the lubricator unit. This advice
also applies to empty units, which have subsequently been filled with a food compatible
grease or oil.
