Solution
Check both burner high limits, reset or
replace
Thermostat is below set point, adjust thermo-
stat setting or T-stat switch
Main fan motor defective, replace motor
Belt tensioner is loose, adjust tensioner or
replace it.
Broken belt
Faulty heater controller
Bad relay
Solution
Check for power to solenoid
Defective solenoid, replace
Open all manual shut-off valves
Increase gas pressure
Check igniter cable
Check igniter gap
Defective ignition transformer
Check flame sensor for defect or crack
Check flame sense connection
Check flame sense location
Ground fault issue
