10. Laser marker
WARNING !
CLASS IIIA LASER EQUIPMENT
Cutting can be sped up using the laser marker.
Indeed, the special laser system is capable of
marking out the line of the cutting axis on the
working surface.
WARNING !
THE LASER MARKER STARTS WORKING AS
SOON AS THE MACHINE IS CONNECTED TO
THE POWER SUPPLY.
INFORMATION
EXPOSURE TO DIRECT SUNLIGHT CAN IMPAIR
THE EFFICIENCY OF THE LASER MARKER.
IT IS ADVISABLE, THEREFORE, TO USE THE
MACHINE IN AN INDOOR ENVIRONMENT.
CUTTING USING THE LASER MARKER
-
connect the machine to the power supply and
move the motor head to the position indicated in
the "MAKING CUT" paragraph.
-
position the piece to be cut by matching the line
made by the laser with the desired dimensions.
-
cut as indicated in the "MAKING A CUT"
paragraph.

ADJUSTING THE MARKER
If the marker is not aligned with the cutting axis, it
can be realigned.
To position the marker correctly, proceed as follows:
-
slacken the three bulb locking screws in order to
allow it to move (photo 19).

raise the cutting head to a raised position just
before the marker is switched off (photo 20).
