SLAVE flash mode with the mecablitz 34 CS-2:
• Mount the SLAVE flash unit on the supplied stand and
turn on with the main switch .
• Set the SLAVE function selector
flash unit at 2 (fig. 10). The SLAVE indicator
flash (fig. 11).
• On the camera, a mecablitz (e.g. 40 MZ... or 50 MZ-5)
must be mounted which operates as controlling
„master" in the cordless Metz remote mode.
The 34 CD-2 SLAVE can only operate with the con-
troller address 1 (see operating instructions for the
mecablitz mounted on the camera).
This mode is not possible if a 34 CS-2 is mounted as a
„master" on the camera.
