5.1 Selecting the daytime temperature
With the temperature selector fig. 1 (1), set the room
temperature at which you still feel comfortable in you
living room. Every degree above this represents an un-
necessary additional consumption of fuel about 6%.
According to this daytime temperature, your room thermostat
then controls the room temperature during the heating period
for which the tappets (5a) have been pressed inwards.
Recommendation:
Set the temperature selector (1)
initially to 18...20 °C. Your installer can adjust the
temperature selector so that its positions correspond
with any other thermometer within the room.

5 Setting the room temperature

5.2 Night-time temperature
Between these heating periods, your room thermostat
VRT-QZA automatically lowers the room temperature
thus saving fuel. this "night-time" temperature is factory-
set to 15 °C.
Your installer can alter this night-time temperature to a
value required by you.
