Stagnant water in the water base
The water base is empty
Appliance is blocked by another smartphone

The brightness of the LEDs has been heavily reduced in the app Increase the brightness of the LEDs in the app
Action
Drain the water base and clean the appliance and the AW200 evaporator mat
Fill the water base
Close the app on the second smartphone

Disable the LOCK function in the app
