1. Stand the scales on a firm, even
floor. Step onto the scales and
stand still.
2. The unit switches on
automatically and "0.0 kg"
appears briefly on the display
3. Your weight is measured and
displayed
(in the example shown: 68 kg).
4. Step down from the scales. The display changes to "0.0 kg". The scales
turn off automatically after 36 secs if no further operation is performed.
Alternatively, you may switch the scales on with the ON button
onto the scales and read off your weight; the weight display flashes twice
before the scales switch off automatically.
1. Press the ON button
to switch on the scales.
"0.0 kg" appears on the display.
2. Turn the scales over and select
the desired unit of weight
(kg - st - lb) by pressing the
black button.
The scale can store information for 12 persons: gender, age and height. The
scale contains preset values. These values are: kg, male, 170 cm, 30 years
of age. Place the scale on a stable, firm surface. All four feet must be tou-
ching the floor.
