Carbon brushes
The carbon brushes have an exceedingly long service life.
They should be replaced when they are worn down to a
length of 6 mm.
This and all other servicing must be carried out by our ser-
vice depots or by an electrician.
Mains cable
Damaged cables may not be used. They should be repla-
ced without delay.
Thanks to the new mains cable (9) with patent quick-action
lock this could not be more simple. Press the two lock
push-buttons (10) and pull the mains cable (9) out of the
handle. Feed a new mains cable into the handle and snap
it into place. Mains cable in various lengths are available as
accessories.
Only use mains cables with patent quick-action lock
for KRESS power tools! Do not try to drive other power
tools with it!
