§ Adjust the paper roll: Hold the paper roll so that the roll
holders can be pushed together into the paper roll core
opening.
§ Release the roll holders on both sides.
§ Close the paper compartment: Fold down the paper
compartment cover.
Changing the Ink Ribbon
A black ink ribbon type ERC-22 B is required for operation
(refer also to Accessories section).
§ Open the paper compartment: Lift the paper compartment
cover.
§ Remove the paper from the ink ribbon cassette:
Turn back the paper roll.
§ From above, press down on the right side of the ink
ribbon.
> The left side of the ink ribbon lifts up.
§ Remove the ink ribbon.
§ Insert the new ink ribbon from above.
> The ink ribbon engages.
$ Tighten the ink ribbon if necessary: Turn the winding core
on the left side of the ink ribbon in the direction of the
arrow.
§ Feed in the paper: See "Changing the paper roll".
§ Close the paper compartment: Fold down the paper
compartment cover.
