Troubleshooting

Possible cause
Not plugged in.
No mains power.
Display defective.
Too many appliances connect-
ed to the same power circuit.
No fault detected.
Too much water in the water
tank.
Drip protector blocked.
Appliance is scaled.
Glass jug lid is not
correctly fitte.
Appliance severely scaled.
The grind is too fine, which
means that the water flows
through very slowly and backs
up in the filter. This is made
worse due to the maximum
volume of coffee beans used
for 12 cups, and the maximum
water volume.

Reduce the number of appli-

Descale the appliance.
Replace the cover.
Descale the appliance sev-
eral times.
Choose a coarser grind
and/or reduce the number
of cups in order to reduce
the coffee and/or water
volume.
