1. Change values by pressing the ▲ Button or the ▼ Button, or press and hold to quickly scroll through the
options.
2. Confirm the entries by pressing the SET button.
3. Once the values have been set, "0.0 lb" is displayed.
4. Now stand on the scale with bare feet while "0.0 lb" is displayed.
5. After your weight is displayed, body fat (BF), water, muscle percentage, bone mass, BMR and AMR are
displayed.
NOTE:
Your measured weight has now been assigned to the selected user and saved.
6. Taking Measurements
Weighing and performing diagnostics
NOTE:
Do not let your feet, legs, calves or thighs touch each other. Otherwise, the measurement cannot be
taken correctly. Measurement results will also be incorrect if you are wearing socks.
1. Switch the scale on and wait until "0.0 lb" (Fig.2) appears.
2. Select the desired memory space by pressing the ▲ or ▼ Buttons.
3. Step onto the scale with bare feet and stand still with your weight distributed evenly on both
sets of sensors.
First, the weight is displayed. If you are barefoot, BIA diagnostics will also display as follows. If a user has
been assigned, the user number is briefly displayed (e.g., P-1); afterwards, the following values appear:
1. Weight
2. Body fat % with interpretation (BF)
3. Body water in %
4. Muscle percentage in %
5. Bone mass
6. Basal metabolic rate in kcal (BMR)
7. Active metabolic rate in kcal (AMR)
Weight measurement only
Tap the scale firmly; "8888" (Fig.1) will initially appear and then "0.0 lb" (Fig.2) will display. Step
on the scale wearing shoes. Stand still with your weight distributed equally on both feet until
your weight is displayed.
NOTE:
BIA diagnostics cannot be calculated when you are wear ing shoes.
The scale will shut off by itself after approx. 10 seconds.
