The BL 600 rack has been exclusively designed to lift motorbikes, mopeds, citycar
and machine for garden that fall within the limits of the technical data.
ATTENTION
Any use of the machine other than the described use is to be considered as im-
proper and unreasonable.
ATTENTION
It is advisable to use only CORGHI original tools for the work.
Fig.9 shows the safety distances and the positions occupied by the operator during
the various working stages (A and B).
WARNING
Get to know your machine. Operators who know how to use their machines are the
best guarantee of safety and good performance.
Get to know the function and position of all the controls.
Check carefully that all the controls on the machine work correctly.
To avoid accident or injury, ensure that the equipment is correctly installed and oper-
ated and that all necessary maintenance work is carried out.
The rack must only be operated by persons of age (over eighteen). To prevent use by
unauthorised persons, the pneumatic supply can be disconnected at coupling and the
power supply can be interrupted by padlocking switch B Fig. 11.

If turned to the right the platform lift goes up (see illustrations on control plate attached
to the foot guard).
"PUMP" pedal (D fi g.11)(BL 600 M). If pressed the lift goes up.

To achieve a uniform weight distribution, install the motorbike on the rack as centred
as possible. If the motorbike only has a kick stand, make sure that the centre of grav-
ity of the motorbike falls to the inside of the racks support base to avoid any unbalanc-
ing of the load; wherever possible, it is always good practice to position the motorbike
with its main stand.
