IMPORTANT! The operator must only carry out the operations described in this Manual; if other operations
or actions are necessary, contact the Manufacturer for the information required. The Manufacturer de-
clines all responsibility for damage to persons or objects.
• The Manufacturer guarantees that its products are free of defects in the materials and manufacture, for a period of
one year from the date of delivery, in normal conditions of use and maintenance.
• At the time of the request for assistance under warranty, it is mandatory to prove the date of purchase of the product
by presenting a photocopy of the purchase document (tax receipt or invoice), and communicating the details of the
equipment (type, model).
• The obligation deriving from this warranty is limited to the replacement and/or repair of the parts which, after our
inspection, are found to be faulty in materials or manufacture and that have not been altered in any way or that have
not been subjected to improper use, carelessness or accidents.
• The costs for possible onsite inspections carried out by DAL DEgAN, the costs of transportation and packing
of the parts to be repaired or replaced, in addition to the work for their assembly, are borne by the Purchaser.
• No guarantees made by persons other than the Manufacturer shall be deemed valid and binding.
• The Manufacturer reserves the right to modify its products at any time without prior notice.
• When such modifications are made, the Manufacturer has no obligation to make them on previously manufactured
products.
Upon delivery, check that the pump has not been damaged during transportation and that any possible
accessories are in place.
Any claims must be made in writing within 8 days.
The purchaser can exercise is his rights to the warranty only when he has respected the warranty conditions
inherent in the supply contract.
INvALIDITY AND DIScLAIMER Of WARRANTY
• Failure to present the document proving purchase of the equipment is reason for non-recognition of repair under
warranty.
• If the machine or the components of the machine being applied for under warranty are judged not to fall within the
terms of warranty, the customer shall pay all the expenses for the spare parts and/or for the costs of shipping and labour.
