After the first few hours of operation, check the oil level (SAE 20W/40) and if necessary increase it with the pump not
in motion.
• Reset the delivery pressure.
• Open the bypass valve to relieve the pressure.
• Stop the pump, power take-off from the tractor.
WARNINg!
When you stop the pump, make sure that non pipe contains liquid under pressure.
• After use, follow the washing instructions indicated in the booklet of the machine on which the pump is mounted.
In any case wash the pump by circulating clean water for a few minutes.
OPERATION
Check oil level
Check accumulator pressure
Suction control (pipes, fittings)
Cleaning of the suction filter
Pump screw tightening checks
Checking of diaphragms and possible replacement
Oil change
Checking of suction/delivery valves
Operation to be carried out by the operator.
Operation to be carried out by a trained technician.
Change to be made at the same time as replacement of the diaphragms.
Below is the routine maintenance that can be undertaken by the pump operator.
