• When, after repairs carried out by the purchaser without the consent of DAL DEgAN, or due to the assembly of
non-original spare parts, the pump undergoes modifications and the damage is due to the same.
• Operations performed by third parties or by non-specialised personnel.
• Accidental damage due to transport or handling.
• Expenses for ordinary or extraordinary maintenance service.
• Incorrect installation.
• Operations for defects or casual inspections.
• If the pump is damaged through exposure to frost.
• Inadequate maintenance.
• Faulty connection of the pump to the universal joint of the tractor.
• If the pump is working without oil.
• In the event of non-compliance with the instructions described in the following publication.
The warranty does not cover those parts whose nature or purpose is subject to deterioration or wear.
Under no circumstances can the purchase claim compensation for damages of any kind and in any case encoun-
tered.
RIghT Of REcOURSE
• The retailer has the right of recourse against the Distributors/Manufacturers for the costs incurred due to the non-
conformity, a right that is exercisable within one year from the date of execution of the service.
• Any right of recourse to the costs incurred for non-compliance or refunds for the pumps that are non compliant, will
only be recognised to the Retailer if performance of the warranty was enacted in rigid compliance with the proce-
dures set forth in this document.
LIMITATIONS Of LIAbILITY
• The Retailer and/or the Manufacturer does not recognise any compensation for any damages, direct or indirect, to
persons, property or animals caused by lack of use of the non compliant pump.
• Any dispute relating to the application, interpretation and execution of this contract is the exclusive competence of
the court of Vicenza.
SAfETY REcOMMENDATIONS fOR hANDLINg AND LIfTINg
• before commencing operations, organise the area intended for work in such a way as to allow the safe lifting
and movement of the component.
• The operations of unloading, loading, moving and lifting must be performed by persons that are authorised,
qualified and that have received specific professional training.
• During lifting and handling operations, persons not involved in the operations must remain at a safe distance.
• for lifting operations use hooks and ropes that are undamaged and adequate for the load to be lifted with
anchor points on stable and resilient parts of the pump.
DEScRIPTION PAcKAgINg AND UNPAcKINg
• The packaging normally comprises a cardboard box to make transportation easy and safe.
• On the basis of the quantity of goods to be shipped and the place of destination, the packages may be secured onto
a pallet to facilitate lifting and handling.
