Plug the unit into a wall socket with an
EARTH terminal. Set switch (L) to
Position [1].
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.-
Take the unit out of the box and place
it on the floor as shown in Fig.1.
The assistance of a second person
is advisable for the assembly work.
Make sure that all of the pieces are
there:
(1) Main structure; (2) side bar (left);
(3) Side bar (right); (4) Handrail (Left);
(5) Handrail (Right); (7) Transverse
bar; (47) Allen screw M-10x45; (48)
Allen screw M-8x40; (49) Allen screw
M-8x15; (50) Allen screw M-8x75; (56)
Self-tapping screw ST4x25; (62) Flat
washer M-4; (81) Allen screw M-4x10;
(8) Monitor; (18-20) Side bar base
cover (Left); (19-21) Side bar base
cover (Right); (38) Safety key; Allen
key 5mm; (84) Allen key 6mm; (85)
Bottle of lubricant.
Follow the instructions step by step to
assemble:
1 First of all take the right side bar (3)
connect terminals (66) (67) Fig.2, then
insert the side bar (3) into the bottom
right-hand support on the structure
and use screws (49).
2 Now take the left side bar (2) and
insert it into the bottom left-hand
support on the structure and use
screws (49) to secure it.

3 At least two people are needed for
this step. When fitting the side bars,
one person should hold the side bar
while the other one fits the screws
(49). This will prevent any possible
accidents.
4 Position the left handrail (4) on the
vertical handrail (2) as shown in Fig.3.
Insert the bolt (50) and fit bolt (47) at
the lower back of the main frame (1).
Now tighten two of the bolts securely.
Go through the same procedure for
the right handrail (5) on the right
vertical handrail (3) Fig.3.
FITTING THE MONITOR.-
5 Connect the control cable terminal (M)
Fig.4, coming out of the monitor, to the
control cable (66), sticking up from the
right-hand side bar (4), connect the
terminals for the feedback cables (n)
coming out of the monitor to the cable
(76) sticking up out of the handlebar
stem, Fig.4, and insert screws (62),
making sure not to pinch the cables,
and screw in until hand tight.
FITTING THE TRANSVERSE
BAR OF SIDE BARS.-
6 Place the transverse bar (7) in the
upper part of the right-hand bar (3)

Insert the transverse bar in the hole
and secure it using screw (48).
Next, insert the bar in the hole of the
left-hand side bar (2) and secure it
using screw (48) Fig.5.
7 Position the left and right base
covers (18-20) and (19-21) in the
direction of the arrow facing the
corresponding side bar, as shown in
Fig.6 and attach them by using screws
(81), as shown in Fig.6.
