Please assemble the paddock stand in accordance with the diagram below. The bolts and
nuts (M8x50) that pass through the frame tubes should be tightened sufficiently to ensure
that the upright arm/tube cannot twist in the handle tube. We would suggest a torque
setting of 20Nm or 14.75 lbs/ft² as a guide. Do not over tighten.
If for any reason you are unable to get a tight fitting, please do not use the stand and call
your local dealer for advice.

Important:

1. Please note that this stand is only suitable for use on swing-arms which are of a straight
and flat shape.
For swing-arms which are cast into a curved shape it is necessary to fit bobbins to the
motorcycle and change the
L-shape cups on the paddock stand to pickup forks (code OF823).
2. THE STAND IS ONLY TO BE USED ON A FIRM LEVEL BASE.
Designed to suit swing-arms with overall widths of 260 – 355mm.
It is a 2-man operation to raise and lower the motorcycle using this stand. With the
motorcycle held upright on a smooth level surface, position the rubber lined channels of
the L-cups correctly under the swinging arm, and central within the stand then tighten
the lateral adjusters (M8 x 15mm) before lifting the motorcycle off the ground.
DO NOT POSITION THE CRADLE EDGES UNDERNEATH THE SWINGING ARM.
While steadying the motorcycle, gently press down the handle until it rests on the floor.
Check the stability of the motorcycle before leaving it unattended.
This stand is designed to support the weight of most motorcycle up to 200kgs, but will
not support the additional weight of the rider sitting on the machine while on the stand.
If you have any questions regarding your Motorcycle Paddock Stand, please contact your
local retailer.
