medi Butler
Instructions
First stand the medi Butler on a
firm surface with the broader
side of the base facing you, and
the opening in the semicircular
frame facing forwards.
Lay the compression stocking in
the stirrup with the toe of the
stocking facing forwards. Turn
the upper border of the stocking
inside out and over the frame.
(fig. 1).
Slide the stocking down over the
stirrup until the heel appears at
the edge of the stirrup (fig. 2).
Now place the medi Butler on the
floor. Slip your foot, toes first,
into the toe of the stocking. It is
recommended that you lean
against something firm (table,
wall) for stabilisation (fig. 3).
Now step into the rigid stand.
Please check that the toe and
the heel are correctly positioned
(fig. 4).
By alternately pulling and
releasing the two handles you
can now slide the stocking up
towards your knee (fig. 5 ).
When the stocking is just below
the knee tilt the medi butler
slightly backwards and remove it
from the stocking (fig. 6).
To finish, smooth the compression
stocking upwards evenly. Please
make sure you ease the stocking
up bit by bit without gathering it
up or pulling on the top (fig. 7).
Tips:
• Be careful with long fingernails
and jewellery! Please make sure
you care for your nails to
prevent injury and damage to
the sheer knit. Please slide your
hand into the fabric carefully.
• You can clean your medi Butler
with standard cleaning agents
or disinfectants
