Problem
BT playback inter-
rupt and produce a
sound,
Fail to turn on
Music intermittent
in BT playback
Equimpment can-
not pair with BT
audio connection

Solution
Lower battery, please charge
Try to move the BT device closer to the product or
change the audio or equipment location
Lower battry , please charge
Try to move the BT device closer to the speaker
Turn off & restart
Device or the computer does not have BT function.
Try repeating the set-up steps
Play the music on one device only , cancel other
Equipment and unused pairs (see the documents
for help), in accordance with the procedure set
pairing for new devices
BT name is not correct; confirm that it is the
aGLOW.
