Picture bounces, jitters, or has wavy oscillations

Color is not uniform
Video problems can have many causes. Check through
the list below to eliminate any potential causes.
Non-shielded speakers are too close to the moni-
tor.
Strong magnetic fields are in proximity to the moni-
tor.
Your monitor is positioned too close to another
monitor.
The monitor is located too close to an electric fan,
fluorescent lighting, metal shelf, or laser printer.
If nothing else solves the problem, try plugging the
monitor into another outlet, preferably one on a differ-
ent circuit, or connect the monitor to a different com-
puter in a different room or location.
Eliminate the use of video extension cables and/or
switch boxes.
Check to ensure that there is a good connection
between the monitor and the computer (make sure
the video cable is in good condition and is con-
nected properly at both ends).
Non-uniform color can have many causes. Please make
sure the monitor is warmed up (at least 45 minutes)
before making a final judgment about color unifor-
mity.
